To begin a thorough hair wash, first, wet your hair with lukewarm water. This will open the hair cuticles, making it easier for the shampoo to work its magic. Take a small amount of moisturizing shampoo and distribute it evenly through your hair. Scrub your scalp gently using your fingertips while massaging the shampoo into your hair. This will clean your scalp and promote better blood flow, which leads to a healthier scalp. For those with dry or damaged hair, apply the shampoo to the tips as well. Lather the shampoo well, making sure that the moisturizing ingredients are evenly distributed throughout your hair. Let the shampoo sit for a few minutes to allow the nourishing ingredients to penetrate and hydrate your hair. Rinse your hair thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water, ensuring that all the shampoo is washed out to prevent any residue. Depending on your hair type and dryness level, you may need to follow up with a moisturizing conditioner. Apply it mainly to the ends of your hair and rinse again to ensure your hair is clean and product-free.
