Green tea and aloe 

To start, thoroughly wet your hair with lukewarm water. This will open up the hair cuticles and allow better absorption of the shampoo. Take a small amount of nourishing and volumizing shampoo and distribute it evenly through your hair. Focus on the scalp and roots, where volume is often needed. Gently massage your scalp with your fingertips for a few minutes, as this stimulates blood flow and helps the shampoo to cleanse and nourish the hair follicles. If your hair tends to be dry, you can work the shampoo down to the ends. However, if your hair is oilier, focus on the roots to avoid over-conditioning. Let the shampoo sit for a minute or two to allow the nourishing ingredients to work. This is an excellent time to enjoy the scent and relax. Rinse your hair thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water. Remove all the shampoo to prevent product buildup, which can weigh down your hair.

If your hair requires additional conditioning, use a separate conditioner. Apply it mainly to the ends of your hair. Finish with a final rinse to ensure all products are washed out.
